We not only found our dream home but also gained a valuable friend! Seeing as we were first-time buyers, we came into this process hesitant and a little overwhelmed. Kristin is awesome! My husband and I were first-time buyers, and Kristin helped navigate through every phase of the process. She is very knowledgeable about the walnut creek and surrounding areas, including the schooling districts, which was important for our search. She is an excellent communicator and responsive to calls, texts, and emails almost every hour! She also demonstrated great patience and helped explain every aspect of the process to us, from strategies on offers through inspection, contingency, and closing. And she’s even been helping us in the post-close as well! Just an a+ experience for us all around Kristin is an example of the value of working with an agent. Highly recommend!
